When you are making a replacement or a refund, you shall be held responsible for shipping charge from your country to us and ensure a safe arrival of the goods package.
At first, please email to tell us your intention of replacement or refund, as well as purchase details such as the date you bought, the amount you paid, or the new pearl jewelry you want to replace, and so on.
You will be asked to fill a feedback form and request a return merchandise number while we are sending confirmation and return instructions.
Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization: Please contact us via email or telephone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return.
You mark return merchandise number clearly on the items with original packing and mail them.(You will be responsible for shipping charge of your replacement or refund from your country to us.).
Once the returned package arrives, we will immediately make you a full money-back to your account by original method. At the same time you are sent a notification.

We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please place item in original packaging and comparable shipping box. Please write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and include the RMA form inside the box. Packages must arrive at our facilities within 30 Days of purchase for refund or exchange.
Conditions of Return
Packages without a return merchandise authorization number will not be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 Days. Items with wear will not be accepted for refunds. Custom orders cannot be accepted for a refund. This includes any item that is not in our standard catalogue.
